Affording St. Pius X Catholic School

 

Choosing private school education is a thoughtful family decision. We know that choosing to send your child(ren) requires a significant financial investment. As a school, we are committed to keeping tuition as affordable as possible for all our families.

New Family, One Time Fees
  • Application Fee $150 per Pre-K student and $100 per new K-8 th grade student
  • Registration Fee $375 
  • ABC Screening Fee $75.00 per student
 
Returning Family annual fees
  • Re-registration Fee $200 per returning student if paid by 2/28/20; $250 per returning student if paid after 2/28/20 
  • Capital Improvement Fee $400 per family annually (Not paid by families with only Pre-K students)

 

Families with children enrolled in grades K-8 will receive a 15% tuition discount for a child enrolled in full-day Pre-K.

*A Parish Participation Voucher must be signed by the student’s home parish pastor annually to verify “Participating
Catholic” status. Without a signed voucher from your parish Pastor, your family will be classified as a non-participating
parishioner and will be charged the corresponding tuition rate.

Tuition Assistance Program

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for St. Pius X.  Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.  Once an online application has been completed, the below Required Supporting Documentation will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process.

Required Supporting Documentation

  • Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
  • Copies of your  W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
  • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
  • All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf format online.

Documentation can also be faxed to 866-315-9264 or mailed to the address below. 

Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.
